The Planter.md website is operated by “Constatforj” SRL, IDNO 1012602003049, VAT code 8100519, with registered office in Sîngerei, str. A. Crihan 40, Republic of Moldova.
What data we may process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process: name, phone, email, company, location, project type, message, estimated quantity, product configuration, uploaded files, as well as technical information strictly necessary for site security and operation.
If you send plans, photos or renders, please do not include personal data of other people unless it is necessary for the project.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing necessary for pre-contractual steps requested by you and preparation of a quote.
Data may be retained when tax, accounting or other legal obligations require it.
Legitimate interest in preventing abuse, protecting forms and maintaining service security.
Only on the basis of consent when such technologies are enabled.
In the Republic of Moldova, processing is governed mainly by Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection, in force from 23 August 2026. The GDPR applies where its territorial scope is applicable.
How long we retain data
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. For commercial requests that do not lead to a contract, the internal rule is a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction unless there is a justified legal reason for a different period. Documents related to a contract or tax obligation are retained according to the applicable legal periods.
Uploaded files are treated as part of the request and follow the same retention logic. The user may request earlier deletion where there is no legal obligation to retain them.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent.

Security and recipients
Forms are protected by server-side validation, CSRF tokens, file type and size restrictions, and anti-abuse mechanisms. Access to requests must be limited to authorised persons.
Data may be shared with technical providers strictly necessary for hosting or operating the site, subject to contractual obligations and appropriate security measures. We do not sell personal data.
